No Smoking!

It is against UK law to smoke in any place that is used by the public, or as a workplace, and that includes Nido. The ban applies to all substances which can be smoked, including cigarettes, roll-ups, pipes, cigars and anything else you are trying at the moment!!!.

Residents leaving Nido King’s Cross to smoke are asked to show consideration to the neighbourhood, so please do not gather in front of our neighbours’ homes, and dispose of your finished cigarette in an appropriate way. Also, it is a criminal offence to drop litter in public places, if you are found doing so by Council officials you may be subject to an on the spot £80 fine. Yikes!
